About the makers:
Katia Skylar (MA) is a Helsinki-based performance maker, actor (FIA) and butoh dancer. Her work combines artistic research, physical performance, site-specific and participatory practices. Katia’s recent projects focus on listening, embodied attention, and empathic communication.

Elo Järv (MA) is an Estonian performance maker, actor, and dramaturg. Her practice moves between theatre, movement, swing dance and site-specific performance, with a focus on the relationship between body, emotion and social norms. Her recent work explores shame, anxiety, and the ways in which social expectations become embodied.
